Instructions for 2007 CFA Midget All
Stars, Peewee & Pony All Stars, Coach of the Year and CFA Volunteer of the Year.
CFA Associations please read each document carefully and follow all directions
on them as noted and to call Dave Bickel with any questions on Dave's cell
phone, 514 0382. Please also note to all that their are deadlines on each that
must be met. Basically all info must be returned to Dave with a cc to the
Commissioner by Sunday for processing
