Senior Bowl Games Criteria.

Senior Bowl Games will be played Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Holy Name Football Field.

Only second year players at each level are eligible to play in the CFA Senior Bowl Games, except first year players who will not be eligible due to age restriction preventing them from playing in their second year at that level.

Number of players from each team will be determined by the final standings at the end of the regular season.

Example.

Teams ranked #1 thru #4 would send six (6) players each.

Teams ranked #5 thru #8 would send four (4) players each.

Teams ranked #9 thru #12 would send three (3) players each.

Teams ranked #13 thru #18 would send two (2) players each.

This would give us a total of sixty-four (64) players to be divided up into two (2) equal teams of 32 players.

Each team will also include two (2) alternates in their selection.

Teams would be divided by odd and even numbers.

All three (3) levels (Peewee, Pony & Midget) will participate.

Players are to be chosen by the Head Coach of their perspective team.

Names and positions are to be submitted to the league.  At this that time the Commissioners may make changes to the teams to allow all positions to be filled.

Teams will be named as follows:

Even # Teams - Senior Bowl Red Team.

Odd # Teams - Senior Bowl Blue Team.

Teams #1 thru #8 must send at least one (1) offensive linemen as one of their Senior Bowl Players.

Each player must play at least eight (8) plays other than special teams.

Extra points will not be kicked.  Team must run an offensive play for an extra point.

All rules of the CFA will apply to any situation.

Both teams must practice the same number of times.

Coaching staff will be chosen by a lottery system from volunteers.

Each Staff will consist of six (6) coaches.

The Head Coaches will be chosen by the Commissioners from the list of volunteers.

At halftime, if one team is ahead by more then 18 points, the team that is behind will receive the ball for the second half.
