CFA Football League - 2012 Football Season The CFA is comprised of three conferences named the American – Class AAA, National – Class AA, and Federal – Class A. There are two divisions in each conference. The commissioners develop the criteria to select Associations (Teams) for each conference and division. The conference and division structure may remain in-tact for two (2) years to maintain the home and away scheduling, and/or may be reorganized every year by the Commissioners as deemed necessary. The regular season football schedule is for nine weeks. Each Conference, American, National and Federal, will have playoffs and a super bowl. The playoffs and super bowl championship schedules will be developed by the commissioners at the end of the nine game regular season schedule. All CFA Association (Teams) will be ranked in their conference and placed in a playoff bracket according to the criteria set up by the Commissioners.
