CFA Football League "2006" Coach of the Year The Coach of the Year Awards for all 3 CFA Divisions were voted on by each division’s Head Coaches for their own respective division as well as the CFA Football League board of commissioners. The Coaches who where presented as finalist today, represent those coaches who where the top (3) vote getters for their division. In any case where there were more then (3) finalist, there was a tie in the top 3 and all were considered as finialist. In the case of the Midget Division Coach of the Year Award, this award is named in the honor of former CFA Football Coach and Assistant League Commissioner Lincoln Wilson who passed away this past year suddenly. Link was a special coach in our league who for many years had his teams running at or near the top of any division his teams played in. His entire life was dedicated to helping others as well as his own family. Link was instrumental in assisting with the CFA All-Star awards and helping the current League Commissioners move towards the direction that we head today. It is with great honor that the CFA Midget Division coaches unanimously agreed to name this special award in his honor.
