CFA Football League "2006" Most Valuable Player of the Year (MVP)

Player of the Year.

Defensive Player of the Year.

Nominated as defensive player of the year his coach said that this player changes the game, he seeks and destroys. You can try to double team, Cut block, Pull a guard, he sheds blockers like southern women shed’s peas. He’s a great humble young man- with the world at his hands. The crazy thing is – he’s so soft spoken until he puts on his Helmet and Jersey- He becomes Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hide. Please join me in congratulating as the "2006 CFA Football League Defensive Player of the Year", representing the Swatara Tigers and coached by Warren Writter, #4 Frank Simoncelli.

Offensive Player of the Year.

This players coach says that this well raised young man is great as great can be. I use the word great with a lot of respect. He glides, he cuts, he shakes, he trucks, he blocks. He’s the go to guy in the clutch. Plain and simple when you need 4 yards- he gets you 6- always willing to go the extra for you. He is one of the non- vocal leaders on the team. He chooses to let his God giving ability do all the talking and he leaves it all on the field game in and game out. Please join us in congratulating his selection as the 2006 CFA Football League Midget All-Star team "Offensive Player of the Year", Coached by Warren Writter, from the Swatara Tigers, #21 Robert Wilson.

MVP Player of the Year.

Our MVP award recipient’s coach says this one young man has teams changing their formations, plays and trying to adjust to what he’s does. Just this One KID alone has a lot of these Coaches up late night trying to figure out how to stop him. They run away from him, they shift to his side, they double-team him. We as coaches cannot take all the CREDIT for what he does on the field. He is an Honor Student and He will be playing at the next level. He is this YEARS FACE of the CFA. He shows leadership qualities beyond his years. The CFA would be proud to have this player serve as league MVP.

Please join us in congratulating his selection as the CFA Football League "League MVP" for the 2006 football season, representing the Swatara Tigers, he will be wearing number 9 in this afternoons Midget Division Championship game. Once again, coached by Warren Writter, please give a warm welcome to Mr. Christopher Devan.
