Field #1:  (HALIFAX MIDGET FOOTBALL MAIN PLAYING FIELD)          

Take RT 322 to RT 147 NORTH EXIT at the Clarks Ferry bridge.  Follow RT. 147 NORTH (S River Rd) to the RED LIGHT.   Or, from Interstate  81, take RT 322 WEST to the 225 NORTH EXIT at Dauphin,  proceed  NORTH OVER PETERS MTN.  to the RED LIGHT in Halifax.  Follow RT 147  NORTH (When the light turns Green.)  This is PETERS MOUNTAIN ROAD,  you will pass  Sheetz  &  Giant, on the right,  and Halifax High School on the left.  If you are familiar, you may exit 147 at the High School, follow the roadway to the Right (North) around the High School, and proceed to the Elementary School behind the High School.  Parking lots are located to the rear of the Elementary School.  You may park behind the Elementary School and walk over past the baseball fields to the Football Field. 

Or.  When you come into the “TOWN” of Halifax you are  on RT  147 NORTH/ 4^th Street to MARKET  Street.  Follow the sign for 147 NORTH on MARKET  St 2 blocks to a STOP SIGN at SECOND ST (Right turns keeps moving). You will come to a stop.  Go straight on MARKET Street down the  hill,  across RR tracks to  FRONT STREET.  Turn left and travel about 4 block on S FRONT ST.. The river is on your Right as you are driving .  ( If you would happen to turn Right at MAEKET/SECOND  (the EZ Mart)  just make the next Left onto Armstrong St and  go across the RR tracks to Front ST.  Turn left.  The fields are at the South End of Front by the Train Tracks and River

CAUTION: The Train Tracks that you cross are ACTIVE with multiple trains crossings daily.  As you approach the ball fields on S Front by the Sewer Authority,  be mindful of the UN-SIGNALED RAIL CROSSING.  STOP-LOOK-LISTEN before crossing the tracks, ALWAYS! 

Parents, please prevent your children from playing on or around the Train Tracks.    WE must keep them  ALL SAFE.

Field # 2:  (HALIFAX MIDGET FOOTBALL Practice field below main playing field)  Follow same directions as for Field #1 above.

Field # 3:  (HALIFAX AREA HIGH SCHOOL)  From Harrisburg area take route 322-22 west to the second Halifax exit located at the Clarks Ferry Bridge and take route 147 north to the traffic light. Make a left at the traffic light and go approximately ¾ of a mile and the high school will be on your left. The field is to the rear of the High School with the entrance to the left of the school complex as you approach the school.
